Since you sent me this review request twice, I'll fill it out. First off, we were sold a vehicle from Eagle Chevrolet with transmission issues that I paid in cash for the full amount of the vehicle. When purchased the vehicle had not even been detailed and we were told that we would receive the 2nd key to our car and we never received one still to this day, over a year ago. We brought our Chevy Traverse to you all to have the transmission fixed. You had our vehicle for over a month with no work getting completed on your end. Finally, after many times of contacting the shop and getting the run around by McKenzee, the sales manager had a care specialist take over our service ticket and the vehicle had finally had work begin and our vehicle was finished in a weeks' time. I gave two stars for the help we were given by Jim Ryder the sales manager and the care specialist Danny Boyd. I would have given you zero to 1 star had these two not stepped in. The first sales manager that sold us the vehicle and the salesperson luckily do not work there any longer. I'm still 100% unsatisfied with the purchase and the issues with me vehicle but I believe that's more of a Chevrolet issue and not the dealership itself. Chevy has had issues with their transmission and with Traverses of the same year as mine and has recalls on their transmission but my vin# was not included in this recall and should have been. When I spoke to Chevy about this, they had no cause for concern and were no help at all. The car itself still has many issues, and I cannot wait to get rid of this car. Chevy should be ashamed of themselves.
